Description:
Cap and Bucky apprehend a criminal who has big, sensitive hands and the ability to hear things spoken through walls after he strangles his gunman's girlfriend after she unintentionally hurts one of his fingers during a manicure. After Sensitivo shoots the man, he informs Cap that Sensitivo only works during the daytime because he can't see what's what with his hands in the dark. Sensitivo does this because he wants retribution. He's easily captured by Cap and Bucky after they turn out the lights.
