Description:
In order to prepare the condemned convicts for their impending escape, the Red Skull assumes the identity of an electrician and leaves them messages. He seeks the release of the inmates after tricking the warden into sitting in the electric chair. After making his getaway, the warden summons Bucky and Cap. The Skull appears to die in the ensuing combat at the base of a dam. Cap questions whether the Red Skull is indeed dead this time.
