Description:
When a subway constructor loses both of his sons to cave-ins during tunnel construction, he goes insane and becomes vengeful, desiring to destroy trains to prevent them from disturbing his boys' graves inside the tunnels. However, the people he employs to assist him in completing the assignment are stifling him, and the Torch needs to put an end to them.
